Is it more expensive to build a two story than a one story home?
It is usually more expensive to build a two-story home because more building supplies are required. However, the square footage of the home, the model, and the upgrades will be the determining factors.

Can you alter the house construction to make it custom made?
Absolutely! We can customize any of our models, or design your home from the ground up.
Do you have “spec” homes or models for sale that are all ready built?
We don’t build spec homes. However, from time to time, someone who has contracted with us to build a home has become unable to complete the transaction, resulting in a home that is for sale that is ready to move into. Check with our office to see what is currently available.
